FAQs for Deliveries & Returns
Please refer to the Terms & Conditions in your Genus Care User Manual and refer to Clauses 9 and 10 for the returns policy.
It is the responsibility of the owner of the unit to return the frame for repair or to be exchanged. The frame will be returned repaired or exchanged at no cost to the owner.
Free on first delivery by standard mail only. Express mail will incur an additional fee.
Tracking delivery numbers will be emailed to you as soon as we receive notification from our preferred freight vendor.
